主機:兩台具備giga bit網路界面的Linux主機,以及一台使用AUSU WL-160N(支援802.11N 的USB無線網路卡)的筆記型電腦,作業系統則是Windows XP。

網路磁碟效能,經測試讀寫速度如下:
讀:5.94MB/s
寫:2.16MB/s
使用硬碟:WD 2.5" 80G USB 隨身硬碟
以Router而言,在過去所作的測試裡,這個數據已屬中上,各位千萬別拿市面上NAS的讀寫速度來作比較,畢竟兩者定位不同,架構也不能相提並論。不過在測試過程中,發生一個小插曲,那就是TL-WR1043ND的USB出現了供電不足的窘境,因此機僅內建1個USB port,所以也沒辦法使用Y型傳輸線並接於第二個port上取得額外電力,只好拿出外接USB電源,磁碟讀寫測試工作才得以完成。
優點:
1.TP-Link 全產品兩年保固,六個月內故障就換新。
2.USB網路磁碟支援NTFS格式可直接讀寫。
3.省電,耗電量約2~4W。
缺點:
1.無繁體中文管理界面。
2.USB不支援列印功能。
3.USB內建電力無法驅動硬碟,須另外加電源(可能只是測試機單一個案)。
4.原廠韌體穩定性尚須加強,測試過程曾無故斷線,需要重啟。
後記
經過一連串的測試,都在原廠韌體裡翻滾,礙於廠商的要求不得拆機也不得刷韌體,我相信大多數的網友都跟我一樣,感覺有點隔靴搔癢。若以上述測試內容來看,TL-WR1043ND的硬體功力已屬佳作,但是好的硬體還得有好的韌體來搭配,這一點原廠韌體應該還有一些改善空間,例如可以新增支援USB印表機或納入VPN server等台灣網友常用到的功能,相信即使不需要改機,也能得到大多數網友的青睞。根據代理商的訊息,本機預定於三月底四月初在台上市,而國外網路論壇也已發表適用的改機韌體,相信有興趣的網友已經開始磨刀霍霍,準備好好體驗一下這台深具潛力的極速無線路由器。
